As a Belgium-based controller, we apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to all visitors and clients, regardless of where they are located.

Booking information: country of residence, appointment times, timezone, session preferences
Payment information: billing name and address, transaction records (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details)
Communication content: messages, intake forms, anything shared during coaching or group healing sessions

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health, religious beliefs) unless you choose to share it during a session. Where you do, it's treated with heightened confidentiality and used solely to deliver your session.

Clients join from many countries. Regardless of your location, your data is processed under this Privacy Policy and Belgian/EU law by virtue of our being established in Belgium.
