Article 1 — Scope and modification of these terms
By booking a product or service on diparound.com, you confirm you are of legal age and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms apply to all bookings and purchases made through diparound.com. Dipa Parbhoo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes apply to bookings made from the date the updated Terms are published; each booking is governed by the Terms in force on the day it was made.
Article 2 — Pricing, payment, and security
Payment is made by card via Stripe, a recognized secure online payment provider.
Dipa Parbhoo reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, any booking already made will be honored at the price in effect at the time of that booking.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Sessions are scheduled only after payment is completed.
Article 3 — Refunds and cancellations
Group energy healing sessions: Fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session. No refund for no-shows or late cancellations.
1:1 coaching program in group or individual (B.A.D.A.S.S.™ Inner Safari): refund requests must be sent by email to [email protected]. Once a refund is granted, access to program materials and remaining sessions is withdrawn.
Refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be adjusted to reflect the coaching sessions already attended.
Article 4 — Liability
Use of diparound.com requires you to have the necessary equipment and skills. You acknowledge that the nature of the internet means we cannot guarantee the security, availability, or integrity of data transmissions.
Dipa Parbhoo is not liable for:
The inadvertent transmission of a computer virus via site content
Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the site due to maintenance, updates, or technical improvements
Issues arising from your own equipment, internet provider, or network congestion
Outcomes based on information you provide, which we rely on in good faith to deliver our services
Nature of services: Coaching and energy healing services offered on diparound.com are for personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
Article 5 — Delivery of services
Booking confirmations and session links are sent automatically by email via loudou.io following successful payment, to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure this address is entered correctly.

Article 6 — Right of access and rectification
You have the right to access and correct your personal information by contacting [email protected]. Information you provide is used solely to deliver the services you've booked and is never sold or shared with third parties beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy above.
Article 7 — Intellectual property
You agree not to modify, reproduce, copy, republish, download, upload, transmit, sell, or distribute in any form the content of diparound.com — including the B.A.D.A.S.S.™ name, the Inner Safari name and program structure, and any coaching materials — without prior written authorization from Dipa Parbhoo.
Article 8 — Right of refusal
Dipa Parbhoo reserves the right to:
Decline to process a booking from a client with an unresolved payment dispute
Decline to provide a coaching session where the request falls outside her area of expertise — in which case, any amount paid will be fully refunded
Decline to provide further sessions to a client who has previously requested and received a refund for a prior session
Article 9 — Jurisdiction
By using diparound.com, you accept without reservation that any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
